Ward want your stay with them to be a memorable one.


Theresa is an experienced gourmet chef and offers an assortment of dishes and cuisines to choose from should you choose to dine in for your evening meal or arrange a private function.

A full continental breakfast is served with every overnight accommodation stay.
3 course dinner can also be arranged
by appointment.
Dinner prices with your overnight stay ranges from $45/$65 per person depending two or three courses.

Lunch hampers provided upon request.
Example Menu
    Entrees:
    Twice baked goats cheese soufflé served with a fresh tomato salsa.
    Crab filled filo pastry with a creamy sauce Antipasto

    Mains:
    Boned trout filled with a salmon mousseline and sorrel sauce.
    Fillet of beef toped with castello cheese and a port wine sauce
    Almond chicken, chicken breast sautéed in a garlic white wine cream sauce

    All served with home grown vegetables were possible

    Sweets:
    Crème brulee with berries
    Chocolate crepes filled with zabaglione and served with strawberries socked in Marsala
    Fresh fruit pies served with home made ice cream

    Accompanied with freshly ground gourmet coffee or tea .
